Arriving at the San Cristobal airport your tour leader will welcome you. As an introduction to your Galapagos program, you are visiting the island’s interpretation center where you will learn a lot about the archipelago’s formation as well as the development of human settlement there. The evening is free to get to know Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.

Today a boat takes you to one of these natural highlights of the island:

León Dormido: After visiting the volcanic rock island León Dormido and its population of sea birds, you travel to the white-sand beach at Puerto Grande Bay for swimming and snorkeling.

Punta Pitt: The tour starts with bird watching Pitt-Rock and afterwards you drive to Punta Pitt, where you are accompanied by seals and iguanas on your hike along the cliffs.

Española: In the morning you navigate to Española Island where you dock at Punta Suarez. Here you go on a walk over the island where you can see many birds like the blue footed booby, Nazca-Boobies, and the Galapagos albatross. Finally you reach the famous “blowhole”. In the afternoon you visit the picturesque Gardner Bay which is home to a colony of sea lions. Here you can go snorkeling and explore the underwater world of the Galapagos.

You are exploring the highlands of San Cristobal today: Here you visit the lagoon „El Junco“ to enjoy the volcanic surroundings. Afterwards you drive to “Galapaguera de Cerro Colorado”, home of the famous giant tortoises. To complete the day you can take a dip at Puerto Chino Beach in the afternoon, accompanied by several sea lions.

Early in the morning the public ferry leaves to Santa Cruz. After breakfast you can enjoy the morning on your own before going on a tour along the island’s coast in the afternoon: Go visit the sea lions, flocks of birds and whitetip sharks that live here and enjoy the island’s diversity while hiking, swimming and snorkeling!

Today you are visiting a nearby Galapagos Island. Depending on availability the destination of your excursion yacht will be one of the following islands: Plazas, Seymour, Bartolomé or Santa Fé. You are exploring both the island on a walk, and its underwater world while snorkeling. Enjoy your lunch on the boat before returning to Santa Cruz in the late afternoon.

Enjoy the diversity of the Galapagos archipelago and get aboard the excursion yacht to visit another one of the uninhabited islands: Plazas, Seymour, Bartolomé or Santa Fé. Your program again contains an expedition tour on the island and time for snorkeling.

On your last day on the Galapagos Islands you will make your way through the highlands of Santa Cruz with your driver, towards the Baltra airport. Have a nice and safe flight back to Guayaquil or Quito.
